Anandia Workspace, including its design, code, graphics, and documentation, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You retain all rights to content you create using the Software. We claim no ownership of your notes, tasks, projects, or other user-generated content.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY OR RELIABILITY, SECURITY OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
We do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANANDIA WORKSPACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES; COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE (IF ANY).
You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software for violation of these Terms, or if we discontinue the Software.
Upon termination, your license to use the Software ends immediately. Your locally stored data remains on your device.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the Software or our website.
